Multi-Vehicle Crash Closed I-81 In Lebanon: PennDOT

A multiple-vehicle crash closed Interstate 81 in Lebanon County on Thursday morning, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Dave Thompson.

The crash was on I-81 South around mile marker 82.5, PennDOT's Thompson said in a statement at 12:16 p.m.

The interstate is closed at Exit 85 - Route 934/Annville/Ft Indiantown Gap.

"The closure is expected to last a while," Thompson said.

The roadway reopened at 6:18 p.m., a spokesperson told us in an update statement.

There was no word on any injuries, or how the crash happened.
